Education Officer
Position Overview:
As an Education Officer for TAMUGC, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering educational initiatives that enhance the consulting knowledge and skills of our members. You will work closely with and support the Vice President of Education in organizing training sessions, workshops, and resources that foster the professional development of graduate students interested in consulting. Additionally, this position offers a direct path to the Vice President of Education role for Fall 2025, providing an excellent opportunity for long-term leadership development within the Club.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Assisting the VP of Education in developing and organizing training sessions, workshops, and speaker events.

Collaborating with industry professionals and faculty to bring relevant educational content.

Creating and maintaining educational materials, including guides, case studies, and presentations.
-
Collecting and analyzing feedback from members to improve educational offerings.
-
Coordinating with other leadership team members to align educational initiatives with TAMUGC’s goals.
-
Attending weekly leadership planning meetings.
-
Exploring and implementing new learning tools and methodologies to enhance member engagement.
Qualifications:
-
Current graduate student at Texas A&M University (TAMU).
-
Must have at least one year remaining in their academic program.
-
Strong interest in consulting, professional development, and education.
-
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
-
Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute educational events.
-
Experience with public speaking, training, or teaching is a plus.
-
Familiarity with TAMUGC’s mission and goals is a plus.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant presentation tools.

Finance Officer
Position Overview:
As a Finance Officer for TAMUGC, you will play a key role in managing the Club’s financial activities and supporting the Vice President of Finance in budgeting, fundraising, and sponsorship efforts. You will help ensure the financial health of the organization by assisting with financial planning, expense tracking, and securing funding opportunities.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Assisting the VP of Finance and Business Development in managing the Club’s budget, expenses, and financial reports.

Supporting fundraising initiatives and identifying sponsorship opportunities.

Maintaining financial records and ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
-
Researching and applying for funding sources, including grants and university funding.
-
Assisting in developing financial strategies for long-term sustainability.

Coordinating with the leadership team to ensure financial planning aligns with TAMUGC’s goals.
